多层螺旋CT在颌面复合外伤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的观察和探讨了多层螺旋CT在颌面复合外伤中的诊断价值。方法将通过X线、普通CT或者临床检查的50名颌面复合外伤患者,应用SIEMENS SOMATOM Definition AS+64排128层螺旋CT扫描仪进行CT检查,胸部X线检查采用HITACHIRADNET50 FS-20B直接数字化X线摄影机,同时分析其颌面外伤的情况。结果作为对照组通过常规方式检测的50名患者中有12名颌面复合外伤患者未能检验出来,还有8位检验出的颌面复合外伤患者为其他症状与颌面复合外伤不符,而通过多层螺旋CT进行诊断的实验组则准确的在50名疑似患者中找到了35例确诊颌面复合外伤患者。实验组数据明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论应用SIEMENS SOMATOM Definition AS+64排128层螺旋CT扫描仪进行颌面复合外伤检测相较于传统的X线和CT检测效果更加准确,具有临床推广意义。Objective：To observe and explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in maxillofacial trauma in com-posite.Methods：By 50 maxillofacial compound trauma patients X-ray and the ordinary CT or clinical examination, the appli-cation of MarconiMx type 8000 multislice CT scanner to check, and analyzes its maxillofacial trauma cases.Results：50 patients as by conventional way detection in 12 maxillofacial trauma patients failed to test out the composite control group, there are 8 test of the maxillofacial trauma patients for compound and other symptoms associated with maxillofacial compound injury does not match, and by multi slice spiral CT diagnosis of the experimental group was accurate in 50 suspected patients found diagnosed 35 cases of maxillofacial compound trauma patients. The experimental group data significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05, with significant difference.Conclusion：Fthe application of MarconiMx 8000 type multi CT scanner for maxillofacial compound injury detection of X-ray and CT effect compared with the traditional detection more accurate, meaningful clinical promotion.
