探讨脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复的护理措施

摘　　要：目的探究早期综合康复护理应用于脑梗死偏瘫患者对其肢体运动功能及日常生活能力的影响程度。方法选取我院收治的86例脑梗死患者,并按随机数字表法分为2组,分别为观察组和对照组。对照组患者实施脑梗死常规护理;观察组患者则给予早期综合康复干预措施。结果经过治疗观察组的FMA及Barthel指数均明显高于对照组患者(均P<0.05)。结论早期综合康复护理干预措施应用于脑梗死偏瘫患者可以有效提高患者的运动功能恢复及日常生活能力。Objective：To explore the early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing was applied to the body movement func-tion in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and the ability of daily life influence.Methods：Select our hospital 86 cases of cerebral infarction patients, and divide into 2 groups according to random number table method of observation group and control group respectively. The control implementation of cerebral infarction patients with conventional nursing care; Observation group patients were given early comprehensive rehabilitation intervention measures.Results： After treatment the FMA and Barthel in-dex in observation group were significantly higher than the control group patients （allP〈0.05）.Conclusion：Early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention measures applied in cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia patients can effectively improve the motor function recovery and daily life ability.
