摘 要:目的探讨新生儿低血糖病因、防治措施,减少脑损伤发生。方法对出生新生儿常规进行生后2小时微量血糖测定,对121例新生儿低血糖临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果早产儿、低出生体重儿、巨大儿是新生儿低血糖发生的主要病因。低血糖持续时间越长、血糖值越低发生脑损伤率越高。正常出生新生儿也会发生低血糖甚至出现脑损伤。结论对所有新生儿均应常规进行生后2小时微量血糖测定,对于存在危险因素的新生儿更应严密检测血糖,尽早喂养。治疗过程中避免高血糖发生。Objective:Subject To explore the pathogenesis and preventation measures of neonate hypoglycemia so as to reduce the cerebral injury.Methods: The neonates were tested blood sugar 2 hours after birth and the clinical data of 121 cases of neonatal hypoglycemia were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The premature, low birth weight and macrosomia were main causes of neonatal hypoglycemia. The longer duration of hypoglycemia and the lower blood sugar made higher rate of cerebral injury. Hypoglycemia or even cerebral injury happened in normal neonates too. Conclusion:All newborns should be tested blood sugar 2 hours after birth as routine. Those who have high risk factors should be tested more rigidly and fed early. We should treat carefully to avoid high blood sugar.
