摘　　要：文中通过分析能量管理(EMS)系统,融合基于规则与事例混合推理机制的设备异常信号关联分析与诊断的方法,开发调控一体化模式下电网设备信号智能处理系统,实现电网设备异常信号的关联分析、故障信号诊断等功能。系统经过实际应用,在电网发生异常时能正确分析告警信号并辅助调控人员决策。Based on the analysis on EMS system, an equipment abnormal signals processing system for power grid is developed by using ruler and case hybrid based signal correlation analysis and fault diagnosis method. This processing system is capable for signal correlation analysis and fault diagnosis. Application results on the actual power system show that the system can correctly analyze alarm signals and support dispatch personals making decisions.
