摘　　要：目的探讨肝与胰岛素抵抗的相关性,为临床上从肝论治胰岛素抵抗相关疾病提供更为充分的依据同时开拓胰岛素抵抗的治疗思路。方法通过深入挖掘中医传统文献对胰岛素抵抗的相关论述并结合现代医学对胰岛素抵抗的相关研究结果,最后配合以胰岛素抵抗相关疾病的流行病学调研结果,证明肝与胰岛素抵抗之间的密切关系。结论肝与胰岛素抵抗发病密切相关,肝在胰岛素抵抗的发生、发展及临床治疗上均扮演重要的角色。无论是理论研究还是临床观察都证明从肝论治胰岛素抵抗相关疾病的可行性和重要性。故在传统的辨证上注重从肝论治,能在临床上显著提升对胰岛素抵抗相关疾病患者的治疗效果。Objective To explore the correlation between liver and insulin resistance, provide more sufficient basis for clinical treatment insulin resistance related diseases from liver, and explore the treatment of insulin resistance. Methods Through in-depth searching the traditional Chinese medicine traditional literatures on the relevant expositions of insulin resistance and combined with modern medicine research results of insulin resistance, and finally cooperated with insulin resistance related disease epidemiology research results, we proved that there was close relationship between the liver and insulin resistance. Conclusion The liver was closely related to the onset of insulin resistance and liver played an important role in the occurrence and development of insulin resistance and clinical treatment. Both in theoretical research and clinical observation proved that the liver had the feasibility and importance of insulin resistance related diseases. In the traditional treatment based on syndrome differentiation on attention from liver can ascend clinically significant effect on the treatment of insulin resistance related diseases.
