射干麻黄汤对哮喘患者IL-5、IL-10、ECP的影响

摘　　要：目的观察射干麻黄汤对哮喘患者控制水平和IL-5、IL-10、ECP的影响。方法将51例轻中度哮喘患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组26例。对照组给沙丁胺醇气雾剂,每次吸入100 ug,每日4次;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用射干麻黄汤,每日1剂,早晚两次冲服。两组均治疗12周。分别于治疗前和治疗后12周留取血清检测IL-5、IL-10、嗜酸性粒细胞计数及ECP,于治疗前和治疗后第4、8、12周行诱导痰检测嗜酸性粒细胞计数及ECP。结果治疗组患者病情控制水平明显优于对照组,血清IL-5、嗜酸性粒细胞计数及ECP水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组;治疗组于治疗后第8、12周嗜酸性粒细胞计数及第4、8、12周ECP水平较对照组明显下降。结论射干麻黄汤能有效降低IL-5、ECP水平,提高IL-10水平,提高哮喘控制水平。Objective To observe the effect of Shegan Mahuangtang on control level and serum IL-5,IL-10,ECP levels in Asthmatics.Methods 51 cases with mild to moderate asthma were randomly divided into treatment group（25 patients）and control group（26 patients）.Both group was given inhalation of salbutamol aerosol,each 100 ug,four times daily; treatment group were added to take Shegan Mahuangtang with water,on morning and evening twice daily. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. It was detected that IL-5,IL-10,eosinophils and ECP in serum specimens before and after 12 weeks treatment,and eosinophils counts and ECP in induced sputum before and after treatment 4,8,12 weeks treatment,respectively. Results Compared with the control group,in treatment group the levels of asthma control were significantly better,serum IL-5,eosinophils and ECP levels were reduced,IL-10 level was rised,eosinophil counts after 8 and 12 weeks treatment and ECP levels after 4,8 and 12 weeks treatment were markedly reduced. Conclusion Shegan Mahuangtang can effectively reduce IL-5,ECP levels,improve the level of IL-10,and enhance the level of asthma control.
