中西医结合治疗膝骨性关节炎45例

摘　　要：目的研究中西医结合疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将45例患者随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采用塞来昔布胶囊;观察组应用平乐正骨验方或桃仁膝康丸。两组同时配服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊并辅以运动疗法治疗。结果对照组有效率占70.45%,观察组有效率91.11%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗膝骨性关节炎效果更为显著,可提高患者生活质量,适宜于临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods 45 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group used celecoxib capsule. The observation group used Pingle orthopedics prescription or Taoren Xikang pill. Both groups were served with glucosamine capsules and supplemented by physical therapy. Results The effective rate of control group and the observation group was 70.45% and 91.11%, respectively, and there was statistic difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in treating knee osteoarthritis is more effective, can improve the quality of life of patient, and is suitable for clinical application.
