针刺八脉交会穴配伍夹脊穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛60例  

Acupuncturing Eight Confluence Points and the Jiaji Acupoint in the Treatment of Post Herpetic Neuralgia for 60 Cases

摘　　要：目的观察针刺足临泣和外关为主穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法对60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者针刺足临泣和外关为主穴,配伍疼痛部位所属脊髓节段的夹脊穴,10次1个疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果临床治愈26例,占43.33%;显效25例,占41.67%;好转4例,占6.67%;无效5例,占8.33%。总有效率为91.67%。结论以足临泣和外关为主穴,配伍疼痛区域所属脊髓节段的夹脊穴治疗该病,标本兼治,具有较好的即时止痛和远期镇痛效果,临床应用价值较大。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncturing Zulinqi（GB41） and Waiguan（SJ5） as the main acupoints to cure post herpetic neuralgia（PHN）. Methods 60 patients with PHN were acupunctured the the main acupoint Waiguan（ SJ5） combined with Jiaji（EX-B2） of pain segments of spinal cord. 10 times as one course of treatment and the effect was assessed after 2 courss. Results 26 cases were clinical cured, and the ratio was 43.33%. 25 cases were effective（41.67%）; 4 cases improved（6.67%）, and 5cases were invalid（8.33%）. The total effective rate was 91.67%. Conclusion Considering the Zulinqi（GB41） and Waiguan（SJ5） as the main acupoints combined with Jiaji（EX-B2） of pain segments of spinal cord in the treatment of PHN has effect of instant odynolysis as long as future analgesia which has also proved. This method has an immeasurable clinical application value.
