慢性肾炎水肿证治探析

摘　　要：慢性肾炎临床表现极为复杂,一般以水肿、蛋白尿、高血压为主证,中医学多归于"水肿""虚劳"范畴。笔者以辨病与辨证相结合的思想,对慢性肾炎水肿的中医治疗进行整理。将慢性肾炎水肿分为三型:1、慢性肾炎急性发作水肿,2、慢性肾炎水肿,3、慢性肾炎低血浆蛋白性水肿。另附补充动物蛋白质方:泥鳅250 g,莲须12 g,冬虫夏草6 g,黄芪18 g,肉桂6g,生姜6 g,不放盐及其它调料。泥鳅温水洗净和药共煮1小时,喝汤吃肉,一日服完。The clinical manifestations of chronic nephritis are very complex, and are mainly edema, proteinuria and hypertension. It is at-tributed to ＂ edema＂ and ＂ consumptive disease＂ category in TCM. The author sorted out the therapy of TCM in treating chronic nephritis edema according to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation. The chronic nephritis edema was di-vided into three types： 1. acute exacerbation of chronic nephritis edema, chronic nephritis edema and chronic nephritis low plasma protein edema. Party animal protein supplement attached： Loach 250 grams, lotus required 12 grams, 6 grams of Cordyceps sinensis, astragalus 18 grams, 6 grams of cinnamon, ginger 6 grams, not salt and other spices. Loach was washed with warm water, and it was boiled with medicine for 1 hour. Patients eat soup and meat within one day.
