国医大师张琪以气血为纲辨治疑难杂病

摘　　要：国医大师张琪教授认为,"气"与"血"是决定人体生命存在和维持机体正常功能活动的物质基础和体现,"气""血"的变化,还能正确反映出机体病理变化的规律,无论外感或者内伤疾病,最终均会伤及气血。治疗疾病的目的都在于使气血调达,生理功能恢复正常。气病当补气、调气、疏气,即气虚宜补,气机升降失司宜调,气郁宜疏;血病当补血、行血、止血,即血虚当补,血瘀当行,出血当止。临证十分重瘀血学说,消而不伐,指出血瘀的因素有气虚、气滞、寒凝、热灼、痰湿、水蓄、风气等不同,临床当随证求因,审因论治,才能达到活血化瘀的目的,不可一味用猛药活血破血。Traditional Chinese medicine master,Professor ZHANG Qi thinks that the＂qi＂and＂blood＂are not only the material basis and the reflection of human life existence and the maintenance of normal body function activities,but also can reflect the rule of pathological changes of the body. Either exogenous or endogenous diseases,eventually will hurt the qi and blood. The purpose of treating disease is to facilitate blood circulation and restore the normal physical function. When qi is sick in clinic,we should regulate it. It means that we should tonify qi as deficiency,adjust it as imbalanced,and flow it when unimpeded. Similarly,when the blood is sick,we should enrich blood,promote circulation of blood and stop bleeding. Professor ZHANG attaches great importance to the theory of blood stasis in clinic,points out that the factors of blood stasis are the deficiency of qi,stagnation of qi,cold coagulation,thermal burn,phlegm wet,water storage,atmosphere and so on,clinical should determine treatment according to reasons,in order to achieve the purpose of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,cannot blindly use blood breaking drugs for invigorating blood circulation.
