摘　　要：郭立中教授以"通阳泄浊"治疗癫痫,将脏腑辨证和六经辨证相结合,认为先天肾阳不足是癫痫的发病基础;太阳经气不利,痰涎上冲脑窍是主要发病机制。主张因势利导,有次第地恢复阳气的生理状态,注重维持阳气"通"和"足"的特点,临床治疗重在以"通阳泄浊"为先,"扶阳培本"收功,有次第地进行温通和温补两方面的治疗。临床常用桂枝类方配伍化痰开窍之品通阳泄浊,后期酌加四逆辈以温补阳气,防止复发。Discussion of Professor GUO Lizhong curing epilesy by the way of activating yang and removing-toxic,and expanding the understanding of Chinese medicine theory in treating epilepsy. Teacher GUO often combines Zang Fu syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation of the six meridians to treat epilepsy,and holds that congenital deficiency of kidney yang deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of epilepsy,the disorder of taiyang meridian-qi and phlegm on the brain is the main pathogenesis process. Teacher GUO claims that Yang should maintain ＂pass＂and ＂foot＂,guiding yang-qi in the light of its general trend is very importan. In terms of treatment,always starting with activating yang and removing-toxic method,and ending with strengthening yang and consolidating basis. In terms of prescription,Teacher GUO commonly uses Guizhi Decoction Combined with eliminating phlegm for resuscitation medicine,later,pluses Decoction for Treating Yang Exhaustion to prevent recurrence.
