摘　　要：中医对急重症的研究,从历史渊源来看,《内经》总结了先秦时代的急重症理论和经验,奠定了急重症治疗体系之基础;医圣张仲景《伤寒杂病论》对抢救治疗急危重症之方法和理论方面,有着承先启后的作用,并总结出扶阳抑阴等大法;晋代葛洪《肘后备急方》集魏晋、南北朝以前急重症的证治精华理论和经验,汇集成急救手册;而后隋代巢元方、唐代孙思邈又大力发展完善之。在现代的中医院中,中医极少治疗急重症。在这样的时代背景下,扶阳派医家如卢铸之、卢永定、卢崇汉、吴佩衡、祝味菊、徐小圃、唐步祺、李可等均有用大剂姜附救治热病厥脱等危急重症的案例,其治疗急危重症的经验则令整个医学界开始重新审视中医的真正价值。From the historical origin,there is significant effect on much emergency and severe disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is the main content for the treatment of emergency and severe disease. Emergency of Chinese medicine development is a microcosm of the history of traditional Chinese medicine. One of the earliest four classic of the Huangdi Nei Jing,summed up the pre-qin era of emergency and severe disease theory and experience,laid the foundation urgent intensive treatment system. Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases by Medical sage ZHANG Zhongjing plays an important role in rescuing the treatment methods and theory in emergency and severe disease. It sums up the Fu Yang Yin suppression and other solutions. Zhou Hou Bei Ji Prescription by Jin dynasty Ge Hong collected the emergency Wei and Jin dynasty,northern and southern dynasties. According to these theories and experiences,he assembled a first aid guide. Sui dynasty Chao Yuanfang,Sun Simiao in tang dynasty develops and perfects it. In modern hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,few treat to the emergency and severe diseases. In this background,Fu Yang school,such as Lu Zhuzhi,Lu Yongding,Lu Chonghan,Wu Peiheng,Zhu Weiju,Xu Xiaopu,Tang Buqi and Li Ke,they had cases used ginger and aconite decoction in large quantities to rescue fever and collapse syndrome and other critical diseases. The treatment of emergency and severe diseases＇ experience has made the entire medical community began to re-examine the true value of TCM.
