基于临床调查的针灸病房适宜病症地域性研究

摘　　要：目的了解全国针灸病房住院患者的特色病症及区域分布特点,为针灸适宜病症的确立提供临床依据。方法采用病房临床流调表的形式,对2008年全国27个省(直辖市和自治区)的28所医院进行调查,采用Epi Info软件3.5.1版的Epi Map功能制作全国针灸病症分布流行病学地图,以全国各区为单位对全年针灸病症分布进行EpiMap分析。结果本次研究共获得针灸病房适宜病症252种,获得全国六行政区针灸病房最常见的针灸适宜病症有25种,从全国六区针灸病房病症种类分布来看,华南、华中地区病症种类分布最为丰富为133种,西北地区为129种,华东地区为120种,西南地区为93种,华北地区为81种,病症种类相对较少的为东北地区,仅为35种。结论各行政区病症种类数量分布不均衡,针灸优势病症系统聚集度高,应加大推广普及针灸适宜病症的应用。Objective to understand the National Acupuncture ward patients hospitalized with symptoms and the characteristics of regional distribution characteristics,and provide clinical evidence for acupuncture for the establishment of the disease. Methods Using the ward clinical epidemiological survey form on 2008,the 27 provinces（ municipalities and autonomous regions） survey was conducted in 28 hospitals,making the National Acupuncture disease epidemiology distribution map using Epi Info software version of the 3. 5. 1 Epi Map function,to the national district as the unit of the annual acupuncture disease distribution for Epi Map analysis. Results The study received acupuncture ward for disease 252,obtain six administrative region acupuncture ward of the most common acupuncture for disease has 25 kinds,the national district six acupuncture ward disease species distribution,distribution of various kinds of diseases in Southern China in Central China area most abundant 133,west north area 129,East China area 120,southwest 93,North China area 81,the type of disease is relatively less for northeast area is only 35. Conclusion The administrative region disease category and quantity distribution is uneven,acupuncture advantage Diseases System aggregation degree is high,should increase the application popularization of acupuncture for disease.
