安胎防漏汤对多囊卵巢综合征先兆流产患者同型半胱氨酸的干预作用

摘　　要：目的探讨安胎防漏汤(国医大师班秀文教授经验方)对多囊卵巢综合征伴先兆流产患者同型半胱氨酸的干预作用。方法将60例存在血栓前状态的多囊卵巢综合征伴先兆流产患者随机分为3组,中药治疗组予安胎防漏汤口服,西药对照组予绒促性素(HCG)、黄体酮肌注及阿司匹林口服治疗,中西医结合治疗组予安胎防漏汤口服、HCG、黄体酮肌注治疗,共治疗3周,观察3组治疗前后同型半胱氨酸、HCG、孕酮、中医症状评分变化情况。结果中药治疗组及中西医结合治疗组均可降低多囊卵巢综合征伴先兆流产患者同型半胱氨酸水平(与治疗前比较P<0.05);西医治疗组治疗前后同型半胱氨酸指标比较,差异无统计学意义;中西医结合治疗组作用优于中药治疗组及西药对照组。结论安胎防漏汤可能通过调节同型半胱氨酸浓度从而改善多囊卵巢综合征伴先兆流产患者的血栓前状态,亦可能是其改善妊娠结局的机制之一。Objective To explore the effect of Antai Fanglou Decoction,which created by Chinese medicine master professor Ban Xiuwen,on prethrombotic state in patients with PCOS and threatened abortion. Methods The 60 patients of prethrombotic state with PCOS and threatened abortion were randomly divided into 3 groups,Chinese medicine treatment group were given Antai Fanglou Decoction. Western medicine control group were given progesterone and HCG intramuscular injection,and aspirin taken orally. Chinese and Western medicine treatment group were given both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The homocysteine,HCG,progesterone,TCM symptom score changes of 3 groups were observed before and aftert treatment. Results Three groups can all improve the prethrombotic state in patients with PCOS and threatened abortion,especially the Chinese and Western medicine treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. The homocysteine does＇ t have significant differences before and after treatment in the Western medicine treatment group. Conclusion Antai Fanglou Decoction can improve prethrombotic state in patients with PCOS and threatened abortion,which may be one of the mechanisms to improve the outcome of pregnancy.
