摘　　要：目的观察北京市第四批名老中医于增瑞自拟经验方青附柴金丹联合自拟穴位敷贴治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 39例原发性痛经患者采用自拟经验方青附柴金丹联合药物敷贴治疗,与39例单纯应用氨酚待因片治疗的患者进行分析比较,观察疗效。结果自拟青附柴金丹联合药物敷贴治疗组总有效率为94.87%,对照组总有效率为53.85%,2组比较,P<0.05。结论自拟经验方青附柴金丹联合药物敷贴治疗原发性痛经,可使瘀祛滞通,气顺血和,冲任充盈,经行畅达平和,疼痛自除。Objective To observe the fourth installment of the old Chinese medicine in Beijing by Swiss joint clinical efficacy Self-made Sticking Point for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea experience side ＂experience prescription＂self. Methods39 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea experience side since the proposed ＂experience prescription＂applicator combination drug therapy,and 39 cases of simple application of paracetamol codeine tablets in the treatment of patients were analyzed and compared observed. Results From the proposed ＂experience prescription＂drug treatment group,the total effective rate was 94. 87% in the control group,the total effective rate was 53. 85%,the total efficiency of the two groups compare differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Self-made experience side,＂experience prescription＂satisfaction with drug therapy applicator primary dysmenorrhea.
