中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察中药坤复康片联合西药抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 60例慢性盆腔炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采用抗生素头孢西丁钠2 g+5.0%葡萄糖溶液500 m L静脉滴注,甲硝唑3片/次,3次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药坤复康片治疗,3片/次,3次/d。观察2组治疗前后血液流变学各指标、临床疗效和盆腔炎性包块及不良反应。结果治疗前,2组盆腔炎性包块面积对照组为(13.25±4.65)cm2,治疗组为(13.26±4.66)cm2;治疗后,对照组为(8.64±2.31)cm2,治疗组为(4.31±2.24)cm2。治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较,P<0.05,与对照组比较,P<0.05。治疗组临床总有效率93.33%,高于对照组86.67%(P<0.05);2组不良反应比较,P<0.05。结论中药坤复康片联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎能明显改善盆腔炎症包块及血液流变学指标,不良反应少。Objective Application of combined western medicine of traditional Chinese medicine of convalescent piece of antibiotics for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease clinical curative effect analysis. Methods Select the hospital in January 2010- December 2013 admitted during the period of 60 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients as the research object. According to random number table method to the study of patients grouped into control group and treatment group. Control group： using antibiotic cefoxitin sodium 2 g ＋ 5. 0% glucose solution 500 ml intravenous drip,metronidazole 3 piece / time,3 times / d; Treatment group： on the basis of control group therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine of convalescent treatment,3 piece / time,3 times / d. Observe two groups of patients before and after treatment the blood rheology and clinical efficacy of every index,pelvic inflammatory mass,adverse reactions. Results Both groups were significant changes after treatment,but the treatment group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; Before treatment,the control group pelvic inflammatory mass area（ 13. 25 ± 4. 65） cm^2,the treatment group（ 13. 26 ± 4. 66） cm^2 the two groups（ P〉 0. 05）; after treatment,pelvic mass in the area of the control group was（ 8. 64 ± 2. 31） cm^2,the treatment group（ 4. 31 ± 2. 24） cm^2,compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）;two group（ P〈0. 05）; addition,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions compare two groups of patients（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Compared with simple antibiotic therapy,Chinese medicine of convalescent tablet combined western medicine treatment the curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and safe.
