面针结合背俞穴刺络拔罐治疗青少年肺胃湿热型寻常性痤疮

摘　　要：目的观察面针结合背俞穴刺络拔罐治疗青少年寻常性痤疮(肺胃湿热型)的安全性以及有效性。方法选取青少年寻常性痤疮患者60例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组给予面部皮损局部多针围刺及背俞穴刺络拔罐,对照组行常规针刺治疗,2个疗程后进行评价。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组为73.33%。2组比较,P<0.05。结论面针结合背俞穴刺络拔罐治疗青少年寻常性痤疮(肺胃湿热型)可达清肺泄热,健脾化湿,疏通经脉,调和气血之功。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of surface needle and blood-letting puncturing and cupping on back shu point for treatment of teens＇ vulgaris acne of syndrome of hot and humid in lung and stomach.Methods The 30 cases of acne of syndrome of hot and humid in lung and stomach were treated with surface needle and blood-letting puncturing and cupping on back shu point and 30 cases with conventional acupuncture as control.Their curative effect were compared after 2 courses of treatment. Results The clinical total effective rates were 93.33% in the treatment group,and 73. 33% in the control group. Conclusion Surface needle and blood-letting puncturing and cupping on back shu point has better curative effect on teens＇ vulgaris acne of syndrome of hot and humid in lung and stomach,which provided a better efficacy and safety.
