中药配合冷喷枸地氯雷他定治疗激素依赖性皮炎

摘　　要：目的探讨中药生元饮加减方配合冷喷枸地氯雷他定片治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选取85例门诊激素依赖性皮炎患者,随机分成治疗组42例和对照组43例。治疗组给予生元饮加减方及枸地氯雷他定片口服,对照组仅口服枸地氯雷他定片,2组均配合外用1‰薄荷溶液冷喷,观察2组治疗前、后皮损减轻情况及疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.4%,对照组总有效率72.0%,2组比较,P<0.05。结论中药生元饮加减方配合冷喷枸地氯雷他定片治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎,能有效改善临床症状,减轻皮损程度。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Sheng Yuan decoction combined with cold spray and Desloratadine Citrate Disodium tablets treatment of facial glucosteroid-dependent dermatitis. Methods The85 cases of outpatient glucosteroid-dependent dermatitis patients were selected,and were randomly divided into treatment group of 42 cases and control group of 43 cases. The treatment group was given Sheng Yuan Decoction and Desloratadine Citrate Disodium tablets orally,the control group oral desloratadine dispersible tablets,the two groups were matched with topical 1 per thousand Mint solution of cold spray external application. The lesions before treatment,after treatment and the curative effect of reducing conditions of the two groups were observed. Results There were 29 cases cured in the treatment group the total efficiency was 90. 4%; there were 29 cases Cured in the control group,the total efficiency was72%. The two group＇s efficiency were statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and get a good effect of use of traditional Chinese medicine Sheng Yuan decoction combined with cold spray and Desloratadine Citrate Disodium tablets treatment of facial glucosteroid-dependent dermatitis.
