《医学入门·本草分类》勘误——以明本《医学汇函》校注《治湿门》《治燥门》

摘　　要：《医学入门》为明代重要的综合性医书,由李蓇编著。研究发现《医学汇函·本草分类》中的大量内容录自《医学入门》,但其所依据的版本与今日通行本《医学入门》中的个别词句略有不同,经考证后认为通行本《医学入门》存在疏漏之处。以《医学汇函》首刻本崇祯年间跃剑山房本为对校本,参考其他相关文献,对《医学入门·卷之二·本草分类》中"治湿门"与"治燥门"中的错误进行校勘,为防以讹传讹,贻误后学。Yixue Rumen（ Introduction to Medicine） is an important comprehensive medical book in the Ming dynasty,edited by Li Yan. We found that a lot of content of Yixue Huihan Materia Medica Classification recorded from Yixue Rumen,but the version which is the basis of Yixue Huihan is slightly different from of the current version of Yixue Rumen. After researching we find there are some mistakes in the current version of Yixue Rumen. This paper points out and corrects the wrong words in Chapter Treatment of Dampness and Chapter Treatment of Dryness,comparing Yixue Huihan of the first version in the Ming Dynasty Chongzhen years Yuejian Shanfang version,and referencing to other related literatures,so that our offsprings won＇t be wrongly informed and confused.
