摘　　要：新形势下,科研管理工作在高校哲学社会科学中的作用主要表现为:能够通过政策方针导向,调查研究实践,助推高校哲学社会创新体系的构建;能够着眼于跨学科领域发展的研究思路,搭建科研管理平台,提高科研工作效率;能够通过解读新形势内涵,引领高校哲学社会科学科研工作者,科学认识和把握当前发展的新形势新要求,提高规范化和科学化程度。From the view of a scientific research management staff in the universities in the development and prosperity of philosophy and social science research management the important role and significance,to effectively promote the development and prosperity of philosophy and social sciences in the universities,from the theory and work actually carry out the plan content,development and prosperity of oriented philosophy and social sciences in university will bring opportunities and challenges,on the basis of the actual and present situation of our university philosophy social science,discusses the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences in university scientific research management working experience. Based on the national environment attaches great importance to the development of philosophy and social sciences,college of philosophy and social sciences has a very strong study strength and advantage. The development of philosophy social science is facing the opportunity and development space. In such good situation,to establish new goals and new platform,we must seize the opportunity,promote the innovation in scientific research management,make university philosophy social science research work towards a new stage.
