摘　　要：内蒙古有4 221 km的边境线,是国家实行"向北开放"战略的前沿阵地。在内蒙古国际物流体系中,对俄国际物流占据了重要的地位。文章分析了内蒙古对俄国际物流业发展现状,用基于灰色系统理论和定性分析的方法预测了内蒙古对俄进出境货物运输量,并提出内蒙古发展对俄国际物流的策略建议。4221 km border of Inner Mongolia, is the frontier for state shall practise a strategy of ＂open to the north＂. In Inner Mongolia international logistics system, to Russia international logistics occupies the important position. Article analyzes the present situation of Russia＇s international logistics industry development in Inner Mongolia, based on the grey system theory and the qualitative analysis method to predict the Inner Mongolia for inbound and outbound goods traffic volume, and puts forward on Russia＇s international logistics strategy.
