摘　　要：探讨医学院校实验动物中心屏障系统作为开放性实验室的特殊性和难题。通过加强实验室工作人员和实验人员的管理、规章制度的建立以及规范实验室标准化操作规程(SOP),提高了动物实验室的管理效率,合理地利用了平台的资源,更好地满足了广大研究人员的动物实验需求。To discuss the specific characteristics and diffi-cult problem of opening laboratory of animal barrier system in laboratory animal center in medical colleges. We improved the efficiency of management of the animal laboratory and rational used of resources of platform though strengthening the manage-ment of staff and experimenter in the laboratory, establishing the rules and regulating the standard operation procedures (SOP). So we could do better to satisfy the needing of animal experiment of all the experimenters.
