摘 要:本文研究了两种不同多孔超细粉材料(自制低温稻壳灰和硼泥酸性浸渣)取代部分硅灰后对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)流动度、凝结时间、抗压强度、早期自收缩及干燥收缩的影响。结果表明:硼泥酸性浸渣作为一种多孔超细粉材料,具有与自制低温稻壳灰类似的多孔结构、比表面积较大等特性。当硼泥酸性浸渣取代硅灰后,随取代量增加,UHPC的早期自收缩及干燥收缩减少,流动度先升高后降低,与自制低温稻壳灰取代硅灰后对UHPC的影响相同。同时,当硼泥酸性浸渣取代硅灰后,随取代量增加,UHPC的凝结时间而延长,抗压强度变化较小;当自制低温稻壳灰取代硅灰后,随取代量增加,UHPC的初凝时间变化较小,终凝时间缩短,抗压强度则略有增加。The effects of two different porous superfine powder materials( rice husk ash and acid leaching residue of boron mud) on the properties of Ultra High Performance Concrete( UHPC),such as slump flow,setting time,compressive strength,autogenous and drying shrinkage were studied in this paper.The results indicated that as a kind of porous superfine powder material,the acid leaching residue of boron mud had the characteristics of porous structure and larger specific surface area similar to rice husk ash. With the increase of the replacement of acid leaching residue of boron mud to silica fume,the early autogenous and drying shrinkage of UHPC decreased. However,slump flow increased firstly and then decreased. The rice husk ash showed same influences on the performance of UHPC. At the same time,as the replacement increasing,acid leaching residue of boron mud prolonged the setting time of UHPC while had no significant effects on the compressive strength. In addition,with the increase of rice husk ash content in UHPC,the initial setting time had small changes and the final setting time shortened for about one hour on average. The compressive strength increased slightly with the amount rice husk ash.
