摘  要:利用管式炉,在N2气氛条件下研究了焦炭与分析纯石膏之间的固相还原分解特性。根据石膏分解的固-固反应机理,探索石膏分解反应规律。单因素试验结果表明,在一定范围内,增加C/S摩尔比、升高温度、增加保温时间均能提高石膏的分解率。正交优化试验结果表明,固相还原反应的较优条件为:分解温度1200℃、C/S摩尔比1.3、保温时间50 min;优化条件下,石膏的分解产物为Ca O,分解率接近100%。在试验选取的范围内,各因素对石膏分解率影响程度大小的顺序依次为反应温度、停留时间和C/S摩尔比。The solid phase reduction reaction decomposition of gypsum and coke under N2 atmosphere was studied in a horizontal tube furnace. The rule of the gypsum decomposition reaction is explored according to the solid-solid reaction mechanism. The results of single-factor test show that the decomposing rate of the gypsum may be improved with the increase of C / S molar ratio,reaction temperature and residence time in a certain range. The decomposition rate of gypsum has an optimal result when the mixtures( the molar ratio C / S = 1. 3) are dwelled for 50 min under the temperature of 1200 ℃. Under this condition,the decomposition product is calcium oxide and the decomposition rate almost reaches 100%. Within the selected range,the factors influencing the decomposition rate of gypsum are sequentially ordered as calcination temperature,residence time and C / S molar ratio.
