摘  要:采用不同矿物掺合料制备压蒸养高强混凝土,研究了混凝土的抗压强度、抗拉强度、轴心抗压及其水化产物的微观形貌。结果表明:在高压蒸汽养护下石英粉与矿粉一样也有火山灰活性,石英粉中的Si O2与Ca(OH)2可以快速反应形成托勃莫来石,合适掺量的矿粉和石英粉可不同程度的提高管桩混凝土的抗压强度和劈拉强度;粉煤灰活性较低,掺入后降低压蒸强度,但较低掺量时由于大量纤维状水化硅酸钙的存在可明显改善管桩混凝土脆性。High-strength concrete in the autoclaved-curing was made by the way of mixing single and double doped. The compressive strength, the splitting tensile strength, axial compressive and microstructure of hydration products of concrete were studied. The results show that Si O2 in quartz powder can quickly react with Ca( OH)2released by hydration of cement to form 0. 997 nm tobermorite in the autoclaving stage and therefore quartz powder also possesses effective pozzolanic property in this condition. Appropriate dosage of mineral powder and quartz powder could improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of pipe pile concrete. Low activity of fly ash reduced the compressive strength in the steam-autoclaved curing,but the low dosage could obviously decreace the brittleness of pipe pile concrete.
