摘 要:萃取直通法生产6-APA会产生大量含有机溶剂的废水。利用Aspen Plus软件,采用VLLE平衡和NRTL方程,模拟计算了6-APA废水中醋酸正丁酯和正丁醇混合溶剂的回收工艺。考察了理论塔板数、气相采出量等操作参数对产品纯度的影响,获得了优化的模拟条件。结果表明,采用20块理论板,塔顶气相采出量为2600 kg/h时,经分相后得到的有机相产品纯度约为90.4%,其中醋酸正丁酯和正丁醇基本被完全回收,为6-APA工艺废水的处理与利用提供了参考。Organic waste water was produced in the production of 6-APA by extraction direct process. The re-covery of the mixed solvents including butyl acetate and butyl alcohol in the waste water was simulated and calculated with VLLE equilibrium and NRTL equation by Aspen PlusTM. The effect of the number of theoretical stages and the flow rate of the gas on the product purity were investigated, and the optimum simulated conditions were obtained. The results showed that the purity of the organic product was about 90 . 4% after phase separation with 20 theoretical stages and the flow rate of the gas was 2600 kg/h. And the butyl acetate and butyl alcohol could be nearly recovered totally. The simulation results could be used in the treatment and utilization of the waste water of 6-APA.
