摘 要:通过建立二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀急性炎症模型及棉球致小鼠肉芽肿慢性炎症模型,研究黄芪总黄酮对体内不同炎症的抑制作用。设立空白组、黄芪总黄酮5、25、50mg/kg剂量组和地塞米松阳性组,灌胃给药,连续5d或7d。结果显示,黄芪总黄酮对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀和棉球致小鼠肉芽肿增生均有显著的抑制作用。结果表明,黄芪总黄酮具有体内抗炎作用。To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of the total flavonoids of Astragalus(TFA), the acute inflammatory models of dimethylbenzene-induced ear edema in mice and carrageenan-induced paw edema in mice, and chronic inflammatory model of cotton pellet-induced granuloma in mice were built. The mice were divided into control group,TFA groups (5, 25 and 50 mg/kg) and positive group. TFA were given orally for 5 or 7 days. The results showed that TFA could significantly inhibit dimethylbenzene-induced ear ede ma,carrageenan-induced paw edema, and cotton pellet-induced granuloma in mice. The results indicated that TFA has significant anti-inflammatory effects in vivo.
