摘　　要：本研究成功克隆了来源于豫南地区的3株PEDV的M基因,通过与参考毒株的核苷酸和氨基酸同源性比较来看,与2010年后报道国内其他地方的毒株基本一致,而且与同期美国、韩国等国的报道相近,但与2010年之前报道的毒株存在较大变异。Three PEDV strains were isolated from southern region of Henan province, in which M gene was cloned, and the homology of nucleotide and amino acids were compared with the reference strains.The results show that 3 cloned strains were the same as the strain from other region in China, USA and Korea, which were reported after 2010, and differ from the strain, which were reported before 2010.
