摘 要:随着城市化进程的加快以及极端天气的频发,城市内涝现象日益严重。本文以大连市片区为研究区域,应用SWMMI具,结合ArcGIS,对其排水系统进行了模拟计算,研究分析了城市化对原有排水系统的影响,并提出应用了优化制动阀的改造措施。结果表明,城市扩张增加了汇水区的径流总量和老管网的排水负荷;优化制动阀能够通过控制上游管网中的水流,从而对下游管网中的水流起到错峰的作用,可作为防洪除涝的辅助措施。本文研究为城市排水系统规划设计和城市防洪排涝提供了理论依据和指导。With the speeding up of urbanization process and frequently appearing of extreme weather, urban waterlogging is becoming increasingly serious. In this paper, the SWMM model combined with ArcGIS was used to stimulate the drainage system of the study area, a part of Dalian, and then the impact of urbani- zation on the existing drainage system was analyzed. As a result, Hydro-Brake OpUmum was brought up and applied as a renovating measure. The results revealed that: urbanizaUon increases the volume of runoff and the load of the existing drainage system, and as an aided solution, Hydro-Brake Optimum can reduce and delay the flow peak in the downstream pipelines by controlling water flow in the upstream pipelines. This research may provide guidance and theoretical basis for urban drainage system planning and designing and Urban Flood Control and Drainage.
