福建省海洋循环经济发展路径与对策

摘　　要：阐述了海洋循环经济的内涵和特征,指出加快发展海洋循环经济的重要性和紧迫性。在分析福建省海洋循环经济发展现状的基础上,从产业发展的视角出发,提出建立福建省海洋循环经济发展模式的总体框架、发展目标、产业重点和区域布局等,并提出加强对发展海洋循环经济重要性的认识、推进海洋循环经济试点示范工程建设、加强海洋循环经济领域人才队伍建设、推进海洋循环经济的科技成果产业化等推进福建省海洋循环经济发展的对策建议。The article expounds the connotation and characteristics of marine circular economy; indicating the importance and urgen- ey of speeding up marine circular economy development. Based on analysis of the current status of marine circular economy develop- ment in Fujian Provinee, the principles, framework, goals, focuses of industries and regional layout for building marine circular e- eonomy development model in Fujian Province are put forward from the perspeetive of industrial development. Meanwhile it is pro- posed to understand the importance, build the demonstration projects, develop the staff, and accelerate the industrialization of scien- tific and technological aehievements so as to drive the development of marine eireular economy in Fujian Province.
