摘 要:异地办学,对引进地讲,动力在于市场需求;对输出高校而言,扩招是催化剂。高校原所在地不能给学校扩大规模、优化办学提供用地和资金等支撑使高校眼光向外,引进地的物质与环境诱惑是校、地达成一致的基本要素。上级政府的首肯、鼓励是最终合作的外在政策条件。异地办学解决了大学的发展局限,提高了引进地高等教育水平并带动了相关产业的发展。但因为办学时间短、积累不够等原因,异地办学多多少少地存在着弊端,必须在主体考察、形成特色、创新文化、调整关系、明确身份、注重办学效益、人才本土化等方面做好改进工作。A long-distance running, to introduce, power lies in the market demand;For output of colleges and universities, the enrollment expansion is the catalyst.The original location of colleges and universities can't give the school scale, optimizing the school provide land and capital support makes the outward eye in colleges and universities, such as introduction to material temptation with the environment is the fundamental element of the school, to reach an agreement.The government at a higher level of approval, encouragement is the final cooperation of external policy conditions.Long distance education so)ves the university development limited, raise the level of the introduction to higher education and boost the development of relevant industries.But because the time is short, to accumulate enough reasons, such as long-distance education there are more or less defects, should be examined in the main body, forming characteristics, innovation culture, adjust the relations, a clear identity, pay attention to the teaching efficiency, talent localization, etc to do a good job of improvement.
