锁定加压钢板与单纯钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较锁定加压钢板与单纯钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法选择2011年1月至2014年1月我院收治的四肢骨折患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予单纯钢板螺钉内固定治疗,观察组给予锁定加压钢板内固定治疗。对两组患者的术后骨折愈合时间、骨折愈合率、并发症发生率及临床疗效进行比较分析。结果观察组患者骨折愈合率(100%)明显高于对照组(82.0%,P<0.05),骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的优良率(96.0%)明显高于对照组(78.0%)(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折较单纯钢板螺钉内固定具有骨折愈合时间短,并发症少,临床疗效好等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare clinical efficacy of locking compression plate fixation and simple plate fixation in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods 100 limb fractures patients were randomly divided into control group and ob servation group with 50 patients in each group. Control group was treated by simple plate fixation, while observation group was treated by locking compression plate fixation. Fracture healing time, the rate of fracture healing, the complica- tion rate and clinical efficacy of patients in two groups were compared. Results The rate of fracture healing in observa- tion group （100%） was significantly higher than that in control group（82.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Fracture healing time of patients in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The complieatiou rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The excellent-good rate of patients in observation group （96.0%） was significantly higher than that in control group （78.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conelusion Compared with simple plate fixation, locking compression plate fixation has shorter fracture healing time, less complications and higher clinical efficacy. So it is worth applying in clinic widely.
