骨科护理人员糖尿病知识掌握程度对糖尿病骨折患者术后感染的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨骨科护理人员糖尿病知识掌握程度对骨折合并糖尿病患者术后感染的影响。方法选取骨科186例骨折合并糖尿病手术患者,采用问卷方法对护理人员糖尿病知识掌握情况进行调查,采用"一护一患"护理模式给予患者心理干预、血糖控制、围手术期护理和并发症预防性护理等措施,分析不同学历、护龄、职称护理人员对患者术后感染的影响。结果在糖尿病知识掌握程度方面,本科及其以上护理人员明显优于中专学历者(P<0.05);而不同护龄、职称护理人员比较差异无显著性(均P>0.05);调查及格率为73.12%(136/186例),其中及格组护理患者术后感染率仅为2.21%,明显低于不及格组的12.00%(P<0.05);及格组护理患者较不及格组伤口甲级愈合率明显升高,乙、丙级愈合率明显降低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);患者对及格组护理人员的护理满意率亦显著高于不及格组(P<0.05)。结论通过提高骨科护理人员糖尿病知识掌握的程度,可有效降低骨折合并糖尿病患者术后感染发生率,从而提高护理质量和患者满意度。Objective To discuss the influence of knowledge for diabetes of nurses on Postoperative infection of di- abetes fracture. Methods 186 fracture complicated with diabetes patients were selected. The nursing diabetic knowledge were invested by questionnaire. The patients were given psychological intervention, blood glucose control, peri-operative nursing, complication prevention and nursing measures by ＂a nursing a patient＂ model. The post-operative infection in- fluence in different degree, nursing age, nursing staff were analyzed. Results Bachelor nurses were obviously better than secondary nurses （P〈0.05）, but different nursing age, professional titles had no significant difference （P〈0.05）. The pass rate were 73.12% （136/186）. The postoperative infection rate of pass group （2.21%） was obviously lower than that of fail group （12.00%） （P〈0.05）. A healing rate of pass group was increased. B, C healing rate decreased signifi- cantly compared with fail group （P〈0.05）. Nursing satisfaction of pass group was significantly higher than that of fail group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can effectively reduce postoperative infection incidence and improve nursing care quality and nursing satisfaction by enhancing diabetes mellitus knowledge.
