摘  要:为探明影响麻核桃坚果硬壳发育不良的原因,以河北省涞水县龙泉山麻核桃基地不同发育程度的麻核桃坚果硬壳为试验材料,测定了其木质素、纤维素、棕色素和矿质元素含量。结果表明:发育不良坚果硬壳的木质素含量远低于发育正常的硬壳,纤维素含量高于发育正常的硬壳,棕色素含量低于发育正常的硬壳;发育不良坚果硬壳P和Mg含量也低于发育正常的坚果硬壳,K、Mn、Cu和Ca含量均远高于发育正常的坚果硬壳。In order to study the influence factors which lead to hypogenetic walnut shell Juglan Shopeiensis,the different development degrees of walnut shell of J. hopeiensis planted in Longquan Hill of Laishui County were used as testing materials. The content of lignin,cellulose,pigment and mineral element were analyzed. The results showed that the content of lignin of hypogenetic walnut shell was lower than that of the normal nut,the content of cellulose was higher than that of the normal nut,but the content of brown pigment was the opposite. The content of P and Mg of hypogenetic walnut shell was lower than that of the normal nut. The content of K,Mn,Cu and Ca were all higher than that of the normal ones.
