摘  要:通过对3种不同结构实木复合地板进行试验研究,分析了装饰面板及地板结构对翘曲变形和表面开裂的影响。结果表明:装饰面板的种类对实木复合地板的翘曲变形有明显影响,面板为桉木和非洲筒状楝时,地板翘曲变形较小,面板为柞木、枫木和番龙眼时,地板翘曲变形较大;结构对实木复合地板翘曲度的影响由小到大依次为独幅面板的多层实木复合地板<面板为胶合板基材的3层实木复合地板<独幅实木基材面板的3层实木复合地板<三拼面板的多层实木复合地板<三拼实木基材面板的3层实木复合地板。装饰面板的种类对实木复合地板的表面开裂有明显影响,黑胡桃地板表面最不易开裂,而白蜡木地板表面极易开裂,且开裂现象较严重;结构对实木复合地板表面开裂也有影响,多层实木复合地板的表面状况最佳,而面板为胶合板基材的3层实木复合地板表面状况最差,开裂现象严重。The effects of decorative veneer and floor structure on warping and surface checking of engineered wood flooring were analyzed based on experiments of three different floor structures. The results showed that the decorative veneer type significantly influenced on warping. The warping was small when the face layer was Eucalyptus or Entandrophragma cylindricum veneer. On the contrary,the warping was significant when the face layer was Xylosma racemosum,Acer or Pometia veneer. The effect of the floor structure on warping,from the greatest to the least,was multi-layer flooring with mono-face 〈three-layer flooring with plywood face 〈three-layer flooring with mono-solid wood face〈 multi-layer flooring with three splice 〈three-layer flooring with three splice. The decorative veneer type also significantly affected on the surface checking.Black walnut-veneered flooring was difficult to form checks while white ash-veneered flooring was susceptible to checking.The structure also exerted an effect on surface checking. The multi-layer structure exhibited the best surface quality while the three-layer structure with plywood face showed the worst.
