摘　　要：目的：了解甘肃省三级甲等医院健康教育工作现状，为制定医院健康教育策略提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法，利用自制调查问卷对甘肃省17家三级甲等医院健康教育工作现状进行调查。结果仅有5．88％的医院设有专门的健康教育科，64．71％的医院没有明确医院健康教育经费，医院负责健康教育专兼职人员只有1～2人的所占比例为35．29％，有57．14％的医院没有制定医院健康教育工作制度，41．17％的医院没有单独的医院健康教育计划。有64．71％的医院对医护人员健康教育知识和技能进行评估；有94．12％的被调查单位门诊大厅设有专人负责健康咨询服务，在单位门户网站设置健康教育专栏的医院占58．82％，门诊大厅、候诊场所配备电子化健康教育设施的占88．24％，设健康咨询门诊的医院占82．35％；35．29％的医院没有每年组织健康教育理论技能培训，70．59％医院派出学习健康教育培训的人次数在1～5人次。结论甘肃省三级甲等医院健康教育工作不容乐观。卫生计生行政部门及医院要从制度上加强医院健康教育工作，同时要细化监督评估体系，确保医院健康教育落到实处。Objective To investigate the status of hospital health education in Gansu Province and to provide the information for making policies of health education .Methods 17 hospitals were randomly selected and surveyed using a self-designed questionnaire method .Results Only 5.88%of the hospitals had set up the sections of health education , 64.71%of the hospitals had no special health education funds .35.29%of the hospitals had only one or two workers working for health education .The lack of work system was found in 57.14%of the hospitals .The lack of making a plane for health education was found in 41.17%of the hospitals .64.71%of the hospitals had assessed a-bout health education kongwledge and skill , 94.12% of the hospitals , gave health advice in the outpatient service halls, 58.82%of the hospitals set up health education column on their websites , 88.24% of the hospitals provided electronic health education facilities in the outpatient service halls and waiting places , 82.35% of the hospitals had health clinics .35.29% of the hospitals did not organize training on theory and skill of the health education , in 70.59%of the hospitals , there were 1~5 people been sent to study health education in each hospital .Conclusion The hospital health education is not as good as we expected .The health departments of the government and hospitals should put more attention to the hospital health education , and establish the necessary work systems and inspect the completion of hospital health education .
