摘  要:应用电磁场有限元软件建立了直驱永磁风力发电机有限元仿真分析模型。通过对直驱永磁风力发电机定子绕组线圈导体在额定工况和三相突然短路情况下所受电磁力分析,对定子非磁性槽楔受力进行了计算。根据计算分析结果减少了非磁性槽楔用量,提出了电机设计建议,具有较高的工程实用价值和参考意义。在保证电机质量可靠性的前提下,提出了减少定子槽楔数量的节材建议,可以降低直驱永磁风力发电机的材料成本,为企业创造较大的经济效益,进一步提高风力发电机产品的市场竞争力。Used the finite element Maxwell electromagnetic field analysis software to establish two-dimensional transient electromagnetism analysis computation model on a direct-drive wind turbine PM generator. Under the condition of rate and sudden short circuit of direct-drive permanent magnetic synchronous generator, electromagnetic force of stator winding coil was analyzed. According to force on stator wedge analysis result, suggestion cut down no-magnetic wedges amount on generator was put forward. The work was of good reference value to direct the production optimization design. On the premise of guaranteeing the quality of the generator reliability, the suggestion of reducing the number of stator slot wedges was presented. The material consumption of the generator was low down in this way, meanwhile a larger economic benefit for the enterprise was created, the market competitiveness of wind turbine was improved.
