摘　　要：目的：探讨形象化子宫收缩痛配合拉玛泽呼吸减痛分娩法在产科中应用效果。方法：选取2011年12月～2013年12月我院收治的孕妇160例，随机等分为两组，常规组采样传统分娩方式，试验组采用形象化子宫收缩痛配合拉玛泽呼吸减痛分娩法，比较两组孕妇的分娩方式、产程、疼痛等临床指标。结果：两组比较试验组产程较常规组缩短，疼痛等级较常规组低。试验组剖宫产比例明显低于常规组，两组比较具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：形象化子宫收缩痛配合拉玛泽呼吸减痛分娩法，能有效缓解孕妇分娩时的疼痛，并且对于自然分娩率及产程的缩短有着积极作用，值得进一步推广。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of image of uterine contraction pain with Lamaze breathing application method of childbirth to reduce pain in obstetrics.Methods：From December 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital maternity data,sampling from 160 cases were divided into normal group and experimental group.The normal group with sampling the traditional mode of delivery ,while the experimental group with uterine contraction pain with the image of Lamaze breathing method of childbirth to reduce pain,a comparative analysis of clinical indicators mode of delivery,two groups of pregnant women in labor,pain etc.Results：In the experimental group,the proportion of cesarean section was significantly lower than that of normal group ,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Visualize the uterine contraction pain with Lamaze breathing method of childbirth to reduce pain,can effec-tively alleviate the pain of childbirth of pregnant women,and for shortening the natural birth rate and labor have positive effect,is worthy of further promo-tion.
