液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鸭肉中四环素类药物残留

摘　　要：采用液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱多离子反应监测定量法，通过对试样净化预处理、色谱条件、质谱参数等的优化选择，进行回收率、精密度等的验证，建立了快速、准确测定鸭肉组织中四环素、土霉素、金霉素的检测方法。在10~400 ug/L浓度范围内，3种四环素类药物均呈线性，相关系数r均大于0.99，回收率均在80.6%～106.3%。采用该方法检测了樱桃谷肉鸭192批，均为阴性。Sample were extracted and purified,the optimization of instrument parameter,the cerification of accuracy and recovery, tetra-cyclines,oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline in ducsk muscle were determined by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrome-try,quantified with multiple reaction monitoring（MRM） mode.Under these conditions,the linear range for tetracyclines was 10~400 ug/L, the liner correlation coefficient was above 0.99,the recoveries were between 80.6% and 106.3%.This method can be applied for the determination of 192 batches Saccharomyces boulardii which were all negative.
