摘 要:汽油发动机废油再生可以节约大量资源,保护环境,目前对汽油发动机废油的再生处理存在费用高、不安全等缺陷。对行程5 000 km的汽油发动机废油,通过溶剂抽提和絮凝精制及补加添加剂的方法进行再生处理,以新、废油为参照,对再生油的常规理化性能、抗氧化性能和摩擦学性能进行了评价。结果表明:通过本法处理得到的再生油,运动黏度、黏度指数、总酸值、总碱值、闪点和透过率接近新油,起始氧化温度略高于新油,摩擦学性能达到甚至超过新油标准。Regeneration on the waste oil from gasoline engines working for 5 000 km was carried out by solvent extraction,flocculation and additive-adding. The conventional physical and chemical properties as well as the antioxidant property and tribological performance of the regenerated oil were evaluated and compared with the new oil and waste oil. Results showed that the kinematic viscosities,viscosity indexes,total acid numbers,total base numbers,flash points and transmittances of the regenerated oil were close to those of new oil. Besides,the regenerated oil had a slightly higher initial oxidation temperature than the new oil,and its tribological performance could meet or even exceed the standard of new oil.
