三七白粉病重寄生菌的鉴定

摘　　要：通过对三七白粉寄生真菌进行分离、纯化、鉴定,确定为白粉寄生孢(Ampelomyces quisqualisCes.)。白粉寄生孢菌丝粗壮、肥大、不定形、具隔膜,初无色,后期浅黄褐色至褐色,直径为2.5μm^4μm;分生孢子器多为纺锤形、近球形、椭球形、卵形以及棒形等,大小为(35.2~94.8)μm×(24.5~56.1)μm,浅黄色至褐色,膜质,细胞较大,表面网纹明显,无孔口,顶端喙短,基部有一短柄,遇水释放分生孢子;分生孢子单胞,无色,薄壁,两端具油球,直或弯曲,圆柱形至纺锤形,大小为(4.3~7.3)μm×(2.3~3.9)μm。The hyperparasite fungi of powdery mildews on Panax Notoginseng are isolated and identified as Ampelomyces Quisqualis Ces. The hypha is sturdy, mast, amorphous, diaphragmatic, originally colorless, late brown and its diameter is 2.5μm^4μm; the spore, pale yellow to brown, membranous, sturdy, cobwebbing, no porthole, short mouth at the head, having a handle on the base and releasing spores when touching water, is spindle, subglobose, ellipsoidal, ovoid and bacilliform and its size is （35.2μm^94.8μm）×（24.5μm^56.1μm）; the spore is single, colorless, thin-walled, two ends with oil ball, straight or curved, cylindrical or spindle and its size is （4.3μm^7.3μm）×（2.3μm^3.9μm）.
