摘 要:对柑橘炭疽病菌菌丝生长实验研究结果表明,柑橘炭疽病致病菌在不同培养条件下,生长存在差异。对柑橘炭疽菌菌丝生长最有利的碳源是蔗糖,对炭疽菌菌丝生长较好的氮源有甘氨酸和硝酸钠;在4℃~35℃范围内炭疽菌菌丝都可以生长,在27℃时生长最快,为最适温度,4℃时生长最慢,低温不利于炭疽菌菌丝生长;在pH 4.0~pH 10.0的培养基中,pH 7.0时菌丝生长最快,过酸或过碱都对炭疽菌的菌丝生长有一定的抑制作用;炭疽菌菌丝在光照条件下生长最快,偏好光照,黑暗条件下生长最慢。Mycelial growth of Colletortrichum gleosporioides Penz, which causes occurrence of Citrus Leaf Spot, is studied. There are differences in Mycelial Growth of Colletortrichum gleosporioides Penz under different culture conditions. The most suitable carbon source is sugar and the better nitrogen sources are glycin and sodium nitrate for its mycelium growth, which cause the occurrence of Citrus Leaf Spot. Mycelium could grow between 4℃and 35℃, but the suitable temperature for mycelium growth is 27℃, low temperature is against mycelium growth and it grows slowest at 4℃. When the culture is between pH4.0 and pH10.0, mycelium grows fastest at pH7.0 and overly acidic or alkaline condition may have certain inhibitory effect on mycelium growth. Mycelium grows fastest in light condition and grows slowest in dark condition.
