摘　　要：职业生涯规划可以帮助地方高校实验员提高工作质量和效率,培养各种能力,实现个人价值,也是地方高校实验员组织核心团队,发挥其最大功效的可利用因素,在地方高校实验员队伍培养和建设中能起到非常重要的作用。因此,在职业生涯规划相关理论的指导下,建立实验员自我管理、激励机制,完善考核和保障机制既有助于实验员个人业务素质的提高,也有利于进一步加强地方高校实验员队伍建设。Career planning can play a very important role in the construction of the experimental technical team, improving efifciency, cultivating abilities and achieving personal value. Under the guidance of the theory of career planning, to establish self-management and incentive mechanism, improve assessment and protection mechanism not only helps improve the quality of laboratory assistants＆#39; personal business, but also further strengthens the experimental technical team in local colleges and universities.
