基于患者角度医疗规章制度执行情况的评价与思考

摘　　要：目的了解患者对临床医师执行医疗规章制度的评价。方法选取3所三级甲等医院,随机抽取1 000名出院患者,发放问卷调查表。结果查房制度、手术标识制度、麻醉访视制度、手术谈话制度和告知知情同意制度落实不到位。结论强化对临床医师医疗规章制度的教育培训;加强对临床医师医疗行为的监管;提高临床医师落实医疗规章制度的自觉性等。Objective To investigate patients＇evaluation on the implementation of medical regulations by clinicians. Method A total of 1,000 discharged patients were selected randomly in three third - grade - class - A hospitals for questionnaire survey. Result Patient rounds system, surgery logo system, anesthesia supervision system, surgery conversation system and informed consent system were not implemented in place. Conclusion Strengthening the education and training of medical regulations and systems for clinicians ; Strengthening the supervision of clinicians＇medical practices ; Improving clinicians＇consciousness of carrying out medical rules and regulations.
