摘　　要：结合医院管理信息化建设的发展趋势,运用战略性大数据思维,通过引入商务智能技术来整合多个医院、多种业务应用系统的数据资源,实现医院集团内部多系统的数据层面互联互通,并充分挖掘其潜在的数据价值和内在规律,实现医院高效管理。Combined with the development trend of informatization construction of hospital management, the paper used a strategic thinking of big data to integrate data resource from hospitals and a variety of business application systems by using business intelligence technology, which realized the data lay connectivity of different systems, and fully excavated its potential value and the inherent law of data, to achieve hospital efficient management.
