摘　　要：收集上海市浦东新区卫生计生委现有资料,对浦东新区医疗质量控制组织体系、质控机构、质控人员、质控检查、质控培训、质控指标与信息化程度等进行分析。浦东新区医疗质控机构缺少应有的沟通与联系,医疗机构对医疗质量全程监管不重视,且质控指标精细化程度不够。指出,浦东新区医疗质量控制模式需优化,应充分发挥科室的自我管理作用,加强医疗质量监管。The existing data in the Commission of Health and Family Planning of Pudong New Area was collected. The organization system of medical quality control, quality control institutes, quality control personnel, quality control inspection, quality control training, quality control indicators and the informatization level were analyzed. At present, medical quality control agencies in the Pudong New Area lacked of proper communication and contact, did not pay attention to the medical quality full supervision, and their quality control precision degree was not enough. The medical quality control mode in Pudong New Area needed to be optimized; the role of self - management of departments should be given full play; and the supervision of medical quality should be strengthened.
