两种指标应用于围手术期医疗质量评价的比较分析

摘　　要：搜集整理医院2010年-2012年围手术期医疗质量相关数据,分别采用传统指标和负性事件指标对围手术期医疗质量进行评价.传统指标数据分析显示围手术期医疗质量较好,但负性事件指标数据分析显示围手术期医疗质量存在一定问题.认为负性事件指标评价更具体、客观.建议医院合理应用负性事件指标进行围手术期医疗质量评价.Perioperative medical quality data were collected in a hospital in 2010 - 2012, which were evaluated through traditional indicators and negative events indicators. Data analysis with traditional indicators showed good perioperative medical quality, however, negative events indicator showed problems in the perioperative medical quality. The evaluation with negative events indicators is specific and objective, and the rational use of the negative events indicators was recommended in perioperative medical quality evaluation in hospital.
