摘　　要：从高危药品的概念及危害性出发,结合目前高危药品管理存在问题,提出设立高危药品清点专人负责制,对高危药品设置信息管理屏障,加强高危药品标识颜色管理,充分发挥静脉用药调配中心药师的处方审核把关作用,在化疗药物分级管理基础上建立化疗医师资格准入监管制度等建议。From the concept and harm of high - risk medicine, Based on the problems in the high - risk medicine management, suggestions were proposed, including assigning responsibility of specific person on high - risk medicine inventory, setting high - risk medicine information management barriers in order to strengthen the identification color management of high -risk medicine; making full use of prescription audit and control effect of pharmacists in intravenous medicine center; based on chemotherapy medicines classification management, establishing qualification admittance regulation system of chemotherapy physicians, etc.
