摘　　要：在全省范围内全方位推广《青海省临床输血质量管理规范》,有效地推进了临床输血质量管理规范化进程,建立了临床输血质量管理长效机制。实践效果显示,相关标准、规范的出台固然重要,但只有通过后期积极有效的推广应用,才能最大限度地发挥其实践指导作用。The ＂Qinghai Clinical Transfusion Quality Management Standard＂ was comprehensively promoted in province - wide, which effectively promoted the quality management standardization of clinical transfusion process, and established a long - term mechanism of quality management in clinical transfusion. Although the introduction of relevant standards and norms was important, only through the latter active and effective promotion of application, its guidance on practice could be maximized.
