摘  要:设计了一种成本低、对发动机本身改动小、可以实现非道路欧ⅢA排放标准的技术方案。通过一个小型控制器,从PM信号集成泵采集转速、负荷等信号,从而实现对电动EGR阀的精确控制。通过LR4A3EP柴油机试验证明,本方案可达到非道路欧ⅢA排放标准,相对高压共轨系统来说,能大幅度降低成本,促进PM泵产品升级换代。A design scheme with low cost, small changes to the engine itself, is introduced, and which can realize the Euro Ilia emission standard about non road diesel engine. Through a small controller, the accurate control of the electric EGR valve is realized by gathering the speed and load signals from the PM signal integrated pump. Through the LR4A3EP diesel engine experiment,it shows that the scheme can reach the Euro ⅢA emission standard about non road diesel engine, greatly reduce the cost and promote the upgrading of PM pump products compared with the high pressure common rail system.
